The objectives are: 1. Find a buyer & make a commission. 2. Force the Joint Liquidators to adjudicate the Kersewell Resort Limited "KRL" claimants, finalise the Kersewell Developments Limited (Jersey) "KDLJ" Liquidation and prove they have had enough money from the beginning to settle **ALL CLAIMS** *before* creating massive legal fees (~£250,000) which is more than the original KRL Claims. 3. By completing No:2 settle all outstanding claim against me, Derek Young & Jonathan Cheetham.
