I work with founders, CEOs, and senior executives operating in complex, international environments where decisions carry material financial, organisational, or reputational consequences. My work sits at the intersection of executive consulting, thought leadership, and international business development. Over the past 20 years, I have held senior leadership roles across sales, business expansion, hospitality, luxury, and international organisations. I am particularly known for helping leaders clarify strategy, pressure-test assumptions, and translate global networks into concrete outcomes. From 2019 to 2024, I served full-time as Secretary General of Junior Chamber International (JCI), one of the world’s largest leadership development organisations, where I led a permanent global team and oversaw core functions including finance, partnerships, marketing, events, training, IT, and regional member services across more than 100 countries, whilst navigating through a period of global crisis. Alongside my consulting and speaking activities, I help global organisations with their business development and expansion and have therefore acted since June 2025 as Director General of WenCHAM (World Chamber of Entrepreneurs for Economic Development), a venture powered by the World Business Angels Investment Forum. WenCHAM is part of my broader international portfolio and focuses on fostering cross-border entrepreneurship, investment, and institutional partnerships. British, Monaco-based, and a long-standing global citizen, I have lived and worked internationally for decades and have visited almost 100 countries.
